The next trial of Alexander Volodarsky is scheduled for 31th May.
In the last trial two witnesses for the prosecution and three witnesse for the defense were questioned.
The main prosecution witnesses, sectarians, whoose testimony was used to arrest of Alexander Volodarsky so far shied away from arriving in court, because falsity of their statements is obvious (they say, that there were people in the square, although it was empty, they said that they tried to stop actionists though they came on the scene after the end of the perfomance).
To the next trial they should be brought already by police.
By the way, there are posters put up by the sectarians in front of the Verkhovna Rada. Caption means “Orthodoxy or death”.
Действительно…. Масса (Общество) должна понимать разницу между Православными Служителями Православной Церкви и сектантами. Кстати, неявка тех сектантов в суд на слушание дела подтверждает их неуважение к законам того общества в котором они живут и проповедуют… да и неуважение к самому обществу…
